Brambles Primary Academy Public Consultation
We would like to invite you to participate in the community consultation for Brambles Primary Academy. The new academy, proposed to be built at Clare Hill, will open as a free school in response to the proposal from Kirklees Council to establish a primary school for Huddersfield North. South Pennine Academies have been approved by the Regional Schools Commissioner (RSC) and Department for Education (DfE) to open Brambles Primary Academy under the free schools programme and would aim to open in September 2018. South Pennine Academies is based in Huddersfield and is led by Jane Acklam OBE (CEO) who has a strong track record of school improvement. The new school will build on the outstanding educational provision and ethos at South Pennine Academies.
The consultation period runs from Monday 27th November 2017 and ends on Monday 29th January 2018. This consultation is part of the process that every free school must undertake. The views of the local community are important to us, you can participate in this consultation by completing the online questionnaire which is available HERE.
If you prefer to submit a paper copy of the questionnaire, require support accessing the questionnaire or would like to request a translation of the questionnaire please contact the trust on telephone number 01484 503110, who will be happy to help.
Any local issues relating to the building will need to be addressed with Kirklees Council.
