LOCAL ACADEMY BOARD

PRINCIPAL

Provides guidance and policies with respect to the handling of complaints.

 

Refers complaints received directly to the appropriate person.

 

Is responsible for monitoring statutory compliance in relation to complaints.

 

 

Receives regular complaints reports from the Principals.

 

Is responsible for monitoring complaints and for their handling in line with South Pennine Academies guidance.

 

Is responsible for managing and hearing any appeals as part of the complaints process.

Receives annual reports on all complaints.

Implements the Trust’s policies with respect to handling of complaints.

 

Refers complaints received directly by the Academy to the appropriate person.

 

Is responsible for monitoring statutory compliance in relation to complaints.

 

Deals with and responds to complaints at an informal and Academy level wherever possible.
